Alpine Flowers app for iPhone and iPad

"Alpine Flowers is an iApp which allows you to easily identify more that 560 alpine flowers.
Flowers can be classified with help of simple criteria such as color and shape. No botanical background is required.

The iApp provides the following features:
- A search wizard to select criteria such as the color and shape of flowers and height. You can reduce the search to a limited number of species which you can then browse in a photo-scroller.
- Photos can be zoomed for view of details.
- There is a search index for the german, english and latin flower names.
- Additional information such as size, color, blossom time, preferred location and latin names are provided for each flower.
- All flower photos are hold in a local database on your iPhone. Thus you can use this iApp on your walks and you do not need internet connectivity to show images.
